I haven’t been excited for a Nintendo product since maybe the first 3DS model back in 2011. The last Nintendo anything I spent countless hours with was Fire Emblem Awakening. I wasn’t much into Wii and I didn’t even bother with Wii U. I, like so many others, have been sorely disappointed in what Nintendo has put up against the console juggernauts in Playstation and Xbox, more PS these days. Most recently, Nintendo was able to attract the masses in the form of Super Smash Bros. but that’s it.
